1. Acceptance
By accessing Tarkeeba you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create a Client, Crew, or Production House account. Underdog accounts may be created by users 16+ with parental consent. Phone verification is required for Crew before first application.
3. Platform fees
Underdog Free: 15% commission on completed projects. Creator Pro: 10%. Studio/Agency: 7%. Applicable VAT (Egypt 14% / KSA 15%) is added where required. Academy tuition is non-refundable after Day 3.
4. Content ownership
You retain all IP rights to work you post, submit, or deliver via Tarkeeba. Tarkeeba receives a limited license to display work publicly on your profile and in marketing materials, with prior consent for the latter.
5. Escrow + payments
Client payments are held in Tarkeeba escrow until milestone approval. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Disputes escalate to Tarkeeba Ops within 72 hours.
6. Prohibited conduct
No spam, discrimination, harassment, or content that violates KSA or Egypt regulations. No off-platform payment circumvention on active bookings.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt for Egypt-based users, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for KSA-based users, per data residency.
